Yes you would have to pay for it (since those taking the application from the college will be paying).

This university is confusing i paid 200 dollars on its account i went to apply but then its page isn’t working and the deadline is today at first it was saying the deadline is 14 February for March intake now which one is correct ?
Hello Kristofina, the online application went down and it was later fixed, that was one of the reasons the March 2020 intake’s deadline was extended to 13th, which is today. Kindly do well to apply before the day ends. Thank you.
