Who We Are
XTS was founded in 2013 by NdiliMeke Imbili and it is 100% a fully Namibian owned business.
We have over 30 years in tourism, ranging from:
- 8 years in Airline, (Lufthansa German Airlines & Air Namibia),
- 5 years Destination Management (Namibia Tourism Board),
- 12 years private sector in tour operation & Hospitality (Sales & Marketing).
We are an ecofriendly company that believes in practicing responsible & sustainable tourism. At XTS we believe in a service & customer oriented culture.
We specialize in cultural tourism, combined with visiting Namibia’s beautiful landscapes & wildlife.
XTS uses freelance tour guides, fluent in Namibia’s vernacular and speaking various international languages, e.g. German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, etc.
XTS also offers add-on tours to neighbouring countries namely Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia and South Africa. Tours can be tailor-made according to our guests needs and interest.
Services

We offer the following services:
DESTINATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY / DMC
- We offer tours packages around Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa
- We advocate domestic tourism and offer special rate packages for Namibians to travel within the country.
- Offer travel agent services to prospective customers, including, reservation of airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental and any other tourism related services.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
- We offer customer service training to unemployed youth/young adults, businesses and institutions.
- Certified by the Namibia Tourism Board and Commonwealth.
- We have over 20 years experience in tourism and the marketing department, ranging from airline, destination management, tour operating and hospitality.
- We are part of conserving Namibia’s natural heritage, today, tomorrow & forever!
